The Concierge Service

No, the Concierge service is open to everyone — owners and tenants, with or without an active annual contract.

We send you a quote before any intervention. Once validated, the service is billed according to the agreed conditions, without any surprises.

This will depend on your package. With the Bronze Key, we will alert you quickly so that you can decide on the course of action. From the Silver Key onwards, we supervise the service providers necessary for the intervention. Finally, with the Gold Key, we manage the unexpected from A to Z, keeping you informed at every step.

Yes, emergencies are handled on a case-by-case basis, and we are committed to remaining reachable to respond as quickly as possible. For any standard request, we will get back to you within 24 hours.
